We take the time to focus on preventive treatments to halt health issues early and preserve your pet’s well-being. You can expect us to take the time to focus on individual care and developing a personal connection with pets and their parents. We are passionate about helping canines of all sizes and breeds enjoy a long, healthy life of cuddles and fun. Our team is also readily available to accept walk-ins for emergency appointments.

Andrew Heitman, DVM

Dr. Andrew Heitman attended Arizona State University for his undergraduate degree. He graduated from Washington State University with his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. After veterinary school Dr. Andrew then completed a year long Small Animal Medicine and Surgery Internship at VCA Animal Referral and Emergency Center of Arizona...

Dr. Andrew Heitman attended Arizona State University for his undergraduate degree. He graduated from Washington State University with his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. After veterinary school Dr. Andrew then completed a year long Small Animal Medicine and Surgery Internship at VCA Animal Referral and Emergency Center of Arizona. Once finishing his internship Dr. Andrew joined his father Dr. Greg Heitman and his brother, Dr. Phil, at their own practice Adobe Veterinary Clinic in Arizona. In 2020 Dr. Andrew and his family decided to move to Boise, Idaho. In Dr. Andrew's spare time he enjoys running, spending time outdoors with his wife and kids.

Dr. Kristine Heitman attended Boise State University for her undergraduate degree. She graduated from Washington State University with her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Even though Dr. Heitman grew up with horses, a pig and all kinds of animals, she decided to become a small animal practitioner after graduating veterinary school. Dr. Heitman enjoys running, reading and spending time outside with her family. The Heitman’s have two senior dogs; Sadie and Piper.
